The plaintiffs claim the McCoys failed to provide adequate supervision of the minors and to secure dangerous tools. J.S.M. was "seriously and permanently injured...when he was struck in the heady with a heavy object concealed in a blanket." The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and general damages.
