She claims the retaining wall was constructed improperly, without the requisite degree of workmanship and in a manner which has rendered the wall unsafe and unsuitable for its intended purpose. She is seeking compensatory, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.

* Mr. Arrowood is a flight paramedic and received HBV immunization inoculations and regular physical exams between 1989 and 2009, but claims according to his medical records despite efforts, he was and is not immune to HBV. Cabell Huntington Hospital employees told him he simply did not respond to the vaccine, according to the suit. On Feb. 6, 2008, he was diagnosed with HBV. He claims the defendants did not establish practices for preventing blood borne pathogen exposure and needle stick injuries. The Arrowoods are seeking compensatory damages.
