HUNTINGTON -- A woman is suing Complete Petmart after she was injured in its Barboursville location.
On Jan. 17, 2009, Judy Childs was shopping in the store when she claims she tripped over a wire mesh metal bin that had been placed in the aisle, according to a complaint filed Jan. 28 in Cabell Circuit Court.
