* Rossi drove into plaintiff on I-79, seven miles north of the Racetrack Road exit, in Pennsylvania. This incident occurred, on Feb. 12, 2008, during the course of his employment. As a direct and proximate result of this conduct, plaintiff is certain to incur future medical bills and lost wages. A trial jury is demanded on all issues.
