* Orser is seeking review of various erroneous assessments confirmed and decided by the Jefferson County Commission. Orser is seeking relief, review and other relief in this Court from the erroneous assessments confirmed and decided by the Commission at the hearings conducted on Feb. 23 and 26 for parcels of real estate he owns. Orser is requesting that the Court grant him relief and review the actions and determinations of the Jefferson County Commission sitting as the Board of Review and Equalization. Orser is requesting that the Court reduced the assessed value of parcels to a value not greater than 60 percent of fair market value and is also requesting to grant him attorney's fees, expenses and costs expended herein for such other and further relief as deemed appropriate.
