HUNTINGTON -- A Martin County, Ky., woman is suing Camden Park after she was injured on the premises.
On Aug. 13, 2009, Anita Harmon tripped and fell at Camden Park and sustained injuries, according to a complaint filed Feb. 22 in Cabell Circuit Court.
Harmon claims the defendant had a duty to exercise reasonable care, maintain and keep the grounds safe and free of hazards and defects for business patrons.
Harmon is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. She is being represented by Brian Cumbo.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge David M. Pancake.
