As a direct and proximate result of the alleged act, plaintiff lost his left kidney on Oct. 15, 2008. Medical care expenses to date, in the amount of $243.992.66, have been incurred.

This breach of good faith conduct is claimed responsible for plaintiff's inability to sell her home.
