* On March 7, 2007, Kanawha Stone agreed to provide grading and sitework of retail shops adjacent to the Hurricane Walmart. The plaintiff says Kanawha Stone did not properly fix the site to handle stormwater, and flooding ensued. It seeks at least $40,000 in damages, as well as interests, costs and attorney fees.
