She seeks to have the items returned to her or to have damages paid if the property is damaged or destroyed.

* Scarlet Oaks says the defendants have breached the terms of their lease for operating Wellington's, a restaurant, at Scarlet Oaks, a golf course. Scarlet Oaks says the defendants are retiring from the business and have removed certain items from the site. Scarlet Oaks also claims the defendants have not provided accurate accounting of sales from the restaurant and its catering business, have solicited future catering and restaurant work from customers, have undermined clientele relationships and contracts, and is taking items from plaintiff to continue catering and restaurant work. Scarlet Oaks seeks an ex-parte order for injunction to prevent removal of personal property or an injunction, an order for an audit of sales for the last five years, an order granting joint and several damages for breach of contract and tortuous interference with contracts, an order granting punitive damages, an order for attorney fees and other relief.
