She claims she agreed that she would be paid $30 per hour for every hour she billed against the defendant's clients' accounts as compensation by the defendant. Upon leaving her employment with Conaty, Styer was owed $4,195, according to the suit. Styer claims her last check came back as insufficient funds, causing her to incur an overdraft fee of $35. She is seeking damages in the amount of $16,900.
