* On March 17, 2008, Jessee Pennington purchased a chicken sandwich at the Zane Street Restaurant. He bit into a bone and broke a tooth. His injuries are believed permanent and compensatory damages are sought.

* While a psychiatric inpatient at Hillcrest on May 7, 2008, he was verbally antagonized and threatened. After he was denied medication, a security guard escorted him back to his room pounding his fists while verbally antagonizing and threatening plaintiff. After this incident, a security guard was on top of plaintiff's stomach, forcibly kneed him in the ribs while at the same time forcing the palm of his hand into the bottom of plaintiff's nose. The acts complained of constitute an assault and battery on plaintiff. Punitive damages are demanded.

* While attending the sixth grade at Wheeling Catholic Elementary School, on Sept. 26, 2008, Jodeci Bush received a cut to her throat from another student. Severe emotional distress was suffered as a result of this injury. Compensatory damages are requested.

* Pursuant to the contract, Nationwide paid insurance for damages caused by defendant and became subrogated to all rights of recovery. As a result of a Nov. 20, 2009 collision, $6419.99 is claimed as damages owed.
