The plaintiffs from Florida say H&R Block agent Randy Pagel offered to provide services outside of the H&R Block office, which the plaintiff refused, and then offered to save the them $200 if they paid him $100 personally to manipulate the system. A complaint was filed against Pagel with H&R Block and Pagel later threatened the plaintiffs after he was fired. The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages to be determined in the amount that is determined at the trial, but not to exceed $75,000 and a trial by jury.
