* Furman was a traveling pedestrian on March 29, 2008, near the Ohio County Animal Shelter and Hock's Bar, in Triadelphia when Farabee collided with him. As a direct and proximate result of Hock's negligent actions, Furman became intoxicated and created an unreasonable risk to himself. A compensatory judgment is demanded.

*Defendant Gracious is said to have distributed a defective product to Rite Aid. On April 7, 2008, plaintiff was in the retail store when he sat on a chair that broke causing him to fall to the floor. Injuries are claimed for the compensatory damages sought.

* Terri Hiam was discharged from Wheeling Hospital, on Feb. 11, 2009. After various tests to rule out a heart attack, she was discharged with a chest pain diagnosis of unclear cause. On Feb. 22, 2009, she was brought to East Ohio Regional Hospital via ambulance in full cardiopulmonary arrest and died. Failure to properly diagnose the symptoms resulted in her sustained extreme suffering. A trial by jury is demanded.
