HUNTINGTON--A Sissonville woman is suing a Barboursville claiming he owes her more than $18,000.
Stacey Sparks provided goods, funds and/or services to Robert A. Ballard in the amount of $18,231.42, according to a complaint filed April 26 in Cabell Circuit Court.
Sparks claims Ballard has not paid her back for the goods provided.
Sparks is seeking damages in the amount of $18,231.42, along with pre- and post-judgment interest. She is being represented by Clinton W. Smith.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
