* On Feb. 19, 2002, the Holleys purchased a Tango 1 California King waterbed from the defendant. The Holleys claim a water tube at the foot of the bed began leaking and twice during the first few years they had the tube replaced by the defendant. In June 2008, Mr. Holley noticed water under the bed and found mildew and black mold on the waterbed, according to the suit. Mrs. Holley claims her breathing problems were caused by the mold and mildew from the waterbed. The Holleys are seeking compensatory damages.

* On Aug. 15, 2002, the Milton man, who was employed by Service Wire Company, claims he suffered an on-the-job injury. In November 2002 he was released to return to work by his physician, but because no light duty work was available, he was unable to return. On May 27, 2003, Adkins claims he was injured again at work and returned in July 2003. On June 6, 2008, Adkins was terminated from his employment. He claims his discharge was because he had filed a workers' compensation claim. He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
