Randall McCoy and Patsy McCoy vs. Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest, Inc., a corporation; and Moses Cadillac Buick GMC Truck, Inc., a corporation

* The McCoys owned an insurance policy with Hartford and traded in their Toyota Tundra for a Cadillac Escalade from Moses. The McCoys claim Moses was to arrange for financing of the purchase and transfer of insurance coverage from the Tundra t the Escalade. On Dec. 25, 2008, the Escalade was damaged when a tree fell on it, according to the suit. The McCoys claim they contacted Hartford and were told the insurance had not been transferred. They are seeing compensatory damages.

* Petroleum Products agreed to provide CDR fuel and related products. CDR has failed to pay for fuel and products in the amount of $51,178.65, according to the suit. Petroleum Products is seeking judgment in the amount of $51,178.65 plus pre- and post-judgment interest.
