* On April 18, 2009, the Spauldings returned home from an out-of-town trip to discover that an upstairs water pip had ruptured, causing water to flow through the floor and down into the kitchen and basement, which resulted in damage to their custom kitchen cabinets, countertops, floors and personal items. On at least two occasions, Chandler's delivered replacements that were defective, according to the suit, but despite this, Erie paid Chandler's for the replacements. The Spauldings claim the defendants breached their contracts. They are seeking actual and punitive damages.

* On Sept. 18, 2008, Tower Logistics and First Sentry Bank entered into a business loan agreement for the amount of $1.5 million. First Sentry Bank claims the defendants have failed to pay installments and are in default. The bank is seeking damages in the amount of $1,522,668.07 with interest and possession of the defendants' collateral.
