Motion Industries sues Tower Logistics for failure to pay nearly $50,000

HUNTINGTON -- Motion Industries is suing Tower Logistics for failure to pay for goods and services that amounted to nearly $50,000.

Motion Industries sold and delivered goods and/or provided services to the defendant in a series of transactions beginning in June 2008, according to a complaint filed May 20 in Cabell Circuit Court.

The plaintiff claims Tower Logistics failed and refused to pay for the goods and services and owes $49,660.67.

Tower Logistics breached the terms of the agreement with Motion Industries by failing and refusing to pay for the goods and services, according to the suit.

Motion Industries is seeking damages in the amount of $49,660.67 with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Ryan Marsteller.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
