King's fiance hand-delivered the doctor's excuse for her absence to Gray who fired her the next day. An award of punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial is requested.

Defendant was acting within the course of his employment at the time of the collision. As a direct result of this negligence, Walt has incurred medical bills and suffered a loss of earning capacity. Compensatory and general damages are requested.
