* Alison Hall was the store manager of Destination Maternity From April 2005 until her discharge in October 2009. Hall became pregnant with twins, and due to problems with her pregnancy, was ordered to modified bed rest in early September 2009. As a result, her authorized 6 week leave would begin on September 7, 2009. She notified Felicia Posey, District Store Supervisor, and Denise Bitler, Benefits Manager, that her return to work date would be November 23, 2009. Hall received a notice of termination in October 2009. Hall is seeking monetary damages, order of reinstatement, an injunction prohibiting further discrimination if her employment is reinstated, and prejudgment interest.

Templeton claims the amount owed is advances against contract labor payments, and when the monies are paid by Gazsi, Templeton will sign over the title, as he claims the parties agreed.
