WAYNE -- C&H Heating & Cooling is suing Blackberry Enterprises and an individual for failure to pay for services.
On Nov. 5, 2009, C&H entered into a contract with Blackberry Enterprises and Gregory Hatfield for work on a newly constructed residence in Lavalette, according to a complaint filed June 16 in Wayne Circuit Court.
C&H claims after it completed the work, Blackberry Enterprises and Hatfield failed and refused to pay for the work performed.
The defendants breached their contract with C&H by failing and refusing to pay for the work, according to the suit.
C&H is seeking judgment in the amount of $6,300 with interest. The company is being represented by Michael A. Frye.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge James H. Young.
