MORGANTOWN -- A man is suing another man after he claims he intentionally converted his 1990 Jaguar XJS.
Michael E. Gazsi claims Scott Templeton intentionally converted Gazsi's vehicle for his own personal use, according to a complaint filed June 22 in Monongalia Circuit Court.
Templeton claims Gazsi purchased the vehicle and personally titled it in the name "Finish Line Motors" to pledge against the money owed to Finish Line Motors. He claims Gazsi pays the amount owed to Finish Line Motors, which is $4,668.36, the vehicle title will be signed over to him.
Gazsi is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. He is being represented by Michael L. Solomon.
