CHARLESTON -- A Tennessee company is suing Mountaineer Expedite after it claims it failed to pay for goods and services.
Comdata and Mountaineer Expedite entered into a contract where Comdata would provide the defendant with goods, funds or services, according to a complaint filed July 15 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Comdata claims it provided the defendant for goods, funds or services in the amount of $13,621.14.
The defendant has not repaid the goods, funds or services provided, according to the suit.
Comdata is seeking judgment in the amount of $13,621.14 with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Clinton W. Smith.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Tod J. Kaufman
