* On Aug. 28, 2008, Doss was outside of the defendant's old emergency entry when she was approached by a security guard. The security guard "embarked on a course of conduct intimidating the plaintiff and forcing her to back up while assisted with her walker and was caused to fall on the side walk in front of defendant's entry," according to the suit. Doss is seeking compensatory damages.

* On Feb. 16, 2009, Mrs. Laslo was hired to work as a home care assistant by the defendant. On March 19, 2009, she claims she suffered an on-the-job injury and was approved for temporary total disability benefits through Aug. 6, 2009. On Aug. 5, 2009, the defendant discharged Mrs. Laslo for job abandonment, according to the suit. The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

Jason Layne vs. American Honda Motor Co., Inc.

* On Feb. 22, Layne purchased a 2010 Honda CR-V from the defendant. Layne claims the vehicle has approximately 8,361 miles on it and has had the defendant align the vehicle at least three times and has had 24 tires put on it. Despite these efforts, the vehicle still vibrates and pulls in a dangerous manner, according to the suit. Layne is seeking revocation of acceptance and refund of the purchase price; repair cost damages; and damages for annoyance and inconvenience.
