Eloise Hanson vs. Wal-Mart Stores

* While in Wal-Mart on 4-H Camp Road in Morgantown, Hanson sat down on a bench to rest while her friends shopped. A Wal-Mart employee was pulling a cart loaded with boxes near where Hanson was sitting. The stack of boxes fell and landed on Hanson injuring her head, neck and shoulders. As a result of the accident, Hanson is seeking less than $75,000 in damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney costs and fees.

* Frasca is seeking judgment in the wrongful death of her daughter Brianna Squires. Squires died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound while at her home with Knight. Frasca claims Squires death is a result of intentional and/or negligent conduct of Knight.
