* The plaintiff was employed by defendant, on May 21, 2009, for the purpose of scraping and painting the exterior of the apartment building owned by defendants. An inadequate non-OSHA aluminum extension ladder was provided. Plaintiff lost his balance and fell 15 feet from the ladder onto a concrete block wall, then fell from the wall, onto the ground. Medical expenses have been incurred in an attempt to cure his injuries. Future additional sums will be expended for which a compensatory judgment is demanded.
