* On July 26, Santiago was a pedestrian on the sidewalk near the intersection of 3rd Street and 8th Avenue in Huntington. She claims Dangerfield negligently, carelessly and unlawfully operated a motorcycle owned by Robinson in such a manner as to collide with her and cause injury. Santiago is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* Viladiu began working for the defendant in 2000 and claims he worked seven days a week for at least 15 hours per day, averaging 105 hours per week. Viladiu claims he was an hourly employee and was only paid minimum wage. He claims that during employment he was only paid for 40 hours of "straight" time and 20 hours of overtime. Viladiu is seeking all damages available under the West Virginia wage and overtime statues with pre- and post-judgment interest.

* On Nov. 11, 2008, Mr. Holley was acting in the course of his employment with the defendant when he was severely injured when an electric buggy spontaneously became energized and traveled off of the hydraulic lift on which it had been raised. The couple is seeking compensatory damages.
