* In September 2009, Bailes showed up at Hale's home and convinced her to invest $50,000 with him. She claims although he said he worked for Retirement Solutions, he had her write the check to him in his own name. Hale became concerned when she never received any written documentation about her investment. She is seeking judgment in the amount of $54,500 and punitive damages in the amount of $100,000.
