* On Nov. 15, 2008, Wellman and Baker arrived at Nelson's home and ordered him and his girlfriend to exit the home and wait in the front yard while Nelson's ex-wife retrieved property she was awarded in their divorce, according to the suit. Nelson claims while the defendants performed a search and frisk, Baker grabbed his right wrist, pulled his arm to the side and jerked it toward his back with excessive force, injuring him. Nelson is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* On Dec. 31, 2008, Adams was in his apartment when he heard yelling from the apartment beneath his and went to see if his neighbors were okay. He claims upon arriving at the apartment, Edward Followay opened the door and began cursing at him and struck him in the side of his face. Adams ignored the punch and attempted to remove Edward Followay from the premises and was struck again in the face, breaking his glasses, according to the suit. Adams claims he then struck Edward Followay in self defense and fractured his hand. The defendants caused Adams to defend himself and become injured, according to the suit. Adams is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
