* On Dec. 4, 2008, Mrs. Meadows was traveling on Interstate 77 when her 2002 Toyota Tacoma lost control, slid off the road and rolled over. Mr. Meadows claims the vehicle lacked vehicle stability control, which Toyota had installed in other 2002 models. He claims if the vehicle had vehicle stability control, it would have prevented the loss of control that caused the vehicle to leave the road and roll over, causing his wife's death. He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
