HUNTINGTON -- Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company is suing Capstone Builders after it claims it failed to pay premiums.
The insurance company issued a commercial insurance policy to the defendant, but the defendant has failed and refused to pay the policy premiums, according to a complaint filed Jan. 6 in Cabell Circuit Court.
Nationwide claims Capstone Building owes $5,004.80 for the premiums.
Nationwide Mutural Fire Insurance Company is seeking judgment in the amount of $5,004.80 with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Ryan S. Marsteller.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
