* On Jan. 6, 2009, the Huntington resident enrolled in a program at the HIT Center's facility. She claims prior to beginning the program, she clearly disclosed her medical history on a form provided by the defendants, which included her previous meniscus inflammation, weak ankles and stress fractures in her foot and knee injury. On Jan. 15, 2009, McComas claims the defendants negligently instructed her to perform heel lift exercises, despite the fact that she was not physically capable of performing such exercises. She is seeking compensatory damages.

* The Huntington resident claims Petty and Siegler failed to recognize, diagnose and detect a probable malignant mass in her right breast and failed to recommend immediate post mammogram ultrasound study and/or biology of the right breast on Oct. 17, 2007 and Nov. 25, 2008. Due to the defendants' failure, De Los Santos was required to have a right and left breast mastectomy, according to the suit. She is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
