John Trump vs. WVU Hospitals and WVU Board of Governors

* In October 2010, Trump received notification that he was being terminated from his job at WVU Hospitals. He filed a level 1 grievance which was heard in November. That decision granted Trump's grievance reinstating him with back pay and all benefits to which he is entitled. In January 2011, Trump was placed in another employment position where he will suffer a loss in wages of about $10,000 annually. This loss in wages also will affect the rate of his pension payments upon retiring. He is asking to be reinstated as a Lead Campus Service Worker, all back pay and benefits, reimbursement of attorney fees.

* The plaintiffs seek damages for flooding of their residence caused by an improperly planned, installed and maintained water pipe. They claim the developers were aware that the plumbing methods used were not suited for long periods of cold weather. They also failed to disclose this information prior to the Manges' purchase of the condominium. They seek compensatory damages, compensation for past, present and future expenses, loss of value of property, punitive damages and attorney fees.

* Percy is seeking damages against Pelari for injuries he suffered during an altercation. Pelari punched Percy on the side of his face causing his jaw to fracture in two places. Percy asks for past, present and future pain, suffering, medical expenses, fair compensation for his injuries, punitive damages, pre- and post-judgment interest and attorney fees.
