* On Jan. 30, 2009, Staley was at the Wal-mart in Wayne when she caught her pant leg on a pallet in the floor and fell. She claims the defendant negligently placed the pallet on the floor and failed to warn people of the hazard it posed. She is seeking compensatory damages.

Mitchell Dillon vs. Decorative Concrete of the Tri-State, LLC, and David Sparks

* On March 28, 2008, the defendants and Dillon entered into a contract wherein Dillon agreed to pay $15,700, for the installation of decorative stamped concrete at his residence. He claims in less than one year, the concrete surface began cracking and crumbling away, but the defendants have refused to honor their warranty and fix the concrete. He is seeking compensatory damages.
