Woodrum, he "devised and bequeathed all of his worldly estate ..." to the plaintiffs, his three children, "to the exclusion of his surviving spouse, Mable Loftis Woodrum." The two daughters and son signed a 30-day notice to M.L. Woodrum to vacate dated last Dec. 1 and offered to sell the Sumerco house to her. The children originally charged Wrongful Occupation of the property in Magistrate Court, which moved the case to Lincoln Circuit Court styled as a Petition for Summary Relief.
