* Secure Us, a security company, claims their former employees Wyant, Vavrek and McMillen solicited customers of Secure Us to advise they had begun their own security company. These customers then contacted Secure Us advising they would now be using Morgantown Security and Fire to complete work previously contracted by Secure Us. Secure Us seeks judgment of $2 million for actual, consequential and punitive damages, a preliminary and permanent injunction, costs and attorney fees.
