Paul and Penny Cooley vs. Aaron M. and Christina L. Graley
PA- Patrick K. Maroney; J- Jay M. Hoke
* The Cooleys want the Graleys evicted from a Sod location that the Lewis County plaintiffs own, complaining that terms of a June 2009 Real Estate Purchase Agreement have not been met and Graleys failed to make rental payments. Defendants were unable to obtain financing in June 2010 to purchase their residence. They were given written notices to vacate in October 2010 and last February, the complaint says. Cooleys want judgment for rental and installment monies covering any property damages, plus whatever additional relief the Court may deem just and necessary.

U.S. Bank N.A. vs. James L. and Amber L. Wood
PA- Robert L. Bndy; J- Hoke
* Bank complains the Sod residents have not kept up payments on a Retail Installment Contract begun in November 2009 for purchase of a manufactured home. Dealer assigned the agreement to Plaintiff, which says the unit is a security interest, or collateral, for payment and performance of obligations.
