Pa. company says Petland South Charleston didn't pay

CHARLESTON -- A Hazleton, Pa., company is suing Petland South Charleston after it claims it failed to pay more than $7,000 for goods.

Petland South Charleston oped an account with Bradley Caldwell, Inc., d/b/a Loveland Pet Products on May 5, 2009, according to a complaint filed March 22 in Kanawha Circuit Court.

Loveland Pet Products claims he agreed to ship pet products to the defendant in exchange for payment and between March 26 and May 16, 2010, he supplied the defendant with nine separate shipments of products.

As of March 17, the defendant has failed to pay for the products and owed Loveland Pet Products $7,295.13 with interest, according to the suit.

Loveland Pet Products is seeking judgment in the amount of $7,295.13 with interest. It is being represented by Jennifer M. Palonis, Teresa K. Fuchs and Nathan A. Morgan.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Tod J. Kaufman.
