* The Ohio woman was hired as a server at the defendant's restaurant in March 2010. Durst claims Edwards sexually harassed her, but when she complained to Bobick and other management, she was retaliated against by having her work hours decreased. She claims Bobick consistently assigned her to "bad sections" of the restaurant, which resulted in smaller tips. On June 2, 2010, Durst's employment was terminated. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.
