HUNTINGTON -- A pedestrian is suing Heard Green Lawns and the driver of a vehicle that struck him while he was walking in Huntington.

On April 8, 2010, Billy J. Maddix was a pedestrian near the intersection of West 14th Street and Madison Avenue in Huntington when he was struck by a vehicle, according to a complaint filed May 2 in Cabell Circuit Court.
