Mortgage co. says Huntington couple won't vacate premises

HUNTINGTON -- Walter Mortgage Company is suing a Huntington couple it claims is occupying its property without the right to do so.

Cheryl Coger and Mike Ratliff are occupying Walter Mortgage Company's property that it acquired on April 11, according to a complaint filed May 12 in Cabell Circuit Court.

Walter Mortgage Company claims it has requested that the defendants vacate the premises, but they have failed to do so.

The plaintiff is entitled to immediate possession of the premises, according to the suit.

Walter Mortgage Company is seeking possession of the premises and for the defendants to vacate its premises. It is being represented by William D. Levine.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge David M. Pancake.
