* The Becketts claim during a recent construction upon the defendant's property, a storm water drainage ditch was negligently constructed, which collected and diverted the natural flow of water from a portion of the airport's property and deposited it into a wooded area directly above the Becketts' home and business. The water caused the area to erode the wooded area and turn it into a landslide, according to the suit. The Becketts are seeking compensatory damages.

* Dean claims Fraley has a history of harassing him, including writing him 12 tickets in a seven-day period and illegally taking possession of and towing his vehicle. On Feb. 20, Fraley stopped a car in which Dean was a passenger and arrested him without a warrant or probably cause, according to the suit. Dean claims while in Fraley's care, he slipped and fell down a set of stairs and was injured. Dean is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre-judgment interest.
