* Hudnell was employed by the defendant. On Feb. 3, 2010, Hudnell was exposed to ammonium biofluoride hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and other chemicals or toxic substances while working at the hotel, according to the suit. Redding claims the defendant's negligence, carelessness and breach of duty of ordinary care caused Hudnell to become ill and die on Feb. 12, 2010. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

Tony Griffin vs. The Huntington Mart, LLC

* On Jan. 6, Griffin was in the Huntington Mart as a customer. He claims an employee of the defendant's known as "Chookie," used excessive force when removing him from the store and caused him injuries, including a displaced fracture of the right elbow that required surgery. Griffin is seeking compensatory damages.
