* On April 1, 2008, Mr. Morlachetta began working for the defendants as a manufacturing sales representative. On May 28, 2010, Martin sent an e-mail to Mr. Morlachetta and about one dozen other employees that Mr. Morlachetta felt was "inappropriate for employees of a quasi-public institution and unprofessional," according to the suit. The couple claims after Mr. Morlachetta reported the incident to Weber, Martin terminated his employment. They are seeking compensatory and punitive damages with pre-judgment interest.
