* On April 24, 2009, Richter performed an operation on Browning's ureter that involved a stent and on April 29, 2009, Richter performed an additional operation where he reported that the stent had been removed. After the procedure, Browning claims he suffered significant pain and bloody urine. On Feb. 21, 2010, Browning was admitted to St. Mary's Medical Center, where a CT scan revealed a linear calcification located in the upper left ureter and on March 4, 2010 he underwent a procedure to have it removed. The surgeon reported that it was a medical device that had been previously left as a result of either the April 24, 2009 operation or the April 29, 2009, operation, according to the suit. Browning is seeking compensatory damages with pre-judgment interest.

* On May 20, 2004, the plaintiff placed a notice of lien for unpaid homeowners' association dues against Calabrese in the amount of $495 and on Dec. 14, 2005, the plaintiff placed another notice of lien for unpaid homeowners' association dues against Calabrese in the amount of $2,190. Calabrese has denied the validity of the liens and refused to allow the escrow agent to release the funds to the plaintiff, according to the suit. The plaintiff is seeking damages in the amount of $7,425 with post-judgment interest.
