* On Sept. 16, 2009, Dustin Hill came under the care and treatment of Prestera when he was taken their by the police due to apparently being intoxicated. Upon arriving at the facility, the admission form documented his blood alcohol level was zero, showing he had no alcohol in his system, according to the suit. Gary Hill claims despite this, he was still admitted into the facility. Dustin Hill died approximate 36 hours later. Gary Hill is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
