* Beam Blasting is the owner of a building in Rock Branch Industrial Park and part of the building has been rented pursuant to a lease to the defendant. The plaintiff claims in addition to rent, it has supplied from time to time labor and materials related to the defendant's operations. Carbonoks is liable for back rent and for nonpayment of invoices related to supplies and labor in the amount of $300,566.76. Beam Blasting is seeking judgment in the monetary amount of $300,566.76; the ejectment from the premises to a terminated lease; that the plaintiff be granted a lien against the personal property of the defendant in an amount equal to money owed for rent; and other services and that the defendant be authorized to conduct a sale of the equipment, inventory, furnishings and other personal property located on the plaintiff's property and apply the proceeds of sale on the debt.
