* In August 2009, Clay Stotler was a patient at WVU Hospital where he underwent back surgery. He was discharged two days later to HealthSouth Rehabilitation hospital under the care of Dr. Biundo. Stotler developed a deep vein thrombosis which Dr. Biundo treated with Lovenax. As a result of the Lovenax, Stotler developed a large spine hematoma. The Stotler's seek judgment against HealthSouth Corporation and Russell Biundo.
