* On Jan. 6, 2010, Holman was a business invitee at the premises owned and operated by the defendant and was present to retrieve and haul several cross members. While exiting his vehicle, suddenly and without warning, fell on a four-foot tubing pipe located on the side of the truck scales and was injured. Holman is seeking compensatory damages.
