* Wilshire claims Love and Plateau failed to provide proper medical care for her deceased son after he was presented to the medical center. Rinehart was in custody of the Oak Hill Police Department and was ill from ingesting a plastic bag of cocaine. After he was evaluated and released from Plateau, he died in police custody. Wilshire seeks compensatory damages and other relief as well as pre- and post-judgment interest.

* ATS says it hired Elliott on May 17, 2010. He signed a confidentiality and noncompetition agreement. It provided him with 570 hours of training, and he received several certifications. On Aug. 20, 2011, he gave notice of resignation claiming to have a job with the state of West Virginia, which apparently was false. Instead, he went to work with Alpha Technologies. ATS seeks a preliminary and permanent injunction enjoining Elliott from working within a 50-mile radius of ATS with a competing company, from soliciting business from ATS customers for at least one year and from disclosing ATS trade secrets.
